Responsibilities
Create a robust marketing database including the following activities: analyzing responses, building life time value models, creating lifestyles models, identifying churn.

Managing the fulfillment process of customer account applications by collating and analyzing sales pipeline information and supported by the Operations Team, database Administrator, Marketing Manager, and external agencies, ensure timely distribution of all subsequent customer communications resulting in the successful initiation of a brokerage account.

• To assist in the acquisition of new customers by utilising intelligent sales techniques
• To professionally handle queries from customers with regard to account opening procedures
• To provide prospective new customers with detailed information on DIF Broker products and services
• Must update database records and provide detailed statistics and reports regularly

Responsibilities

• Daily collation and analysis of account application requests held in marketing database;
• Preparation, checking and dispatch of all customer communications;
• Pipeline analysis of sales inquiries;
• Quality control and redesign of business processes that streamline the account opening process.
• Compilation and analysis of performance statistics for management reporting;
• Assisting the Marketing manager with the development and co-ordination of online and offline direct marketing campaigns, sales promotions and sales literature;
• Design of data-capture strategies and on-line surveys

Qualifications

• Highly motivated, goal-oriented team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A natural ability to learn new skills quickly and think creatively
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications
• Active interest in investing in Global Markets

Requirements:

The successful candidate will be highly proficient in online marketing, including guerilla marketing and search engine optimization and have deep knowledge of investing. Additionally, he/she has a solid track record of developing and implementing profitable customer acquisition strategies for an Internet company. The ideal candidate has the experience and knowledge to strategize, plan and prioritize, but also has the creativity, energy and determination to work entrepreneurially. Must be able to implement, execute and do whatever it takes to get the job done. Must have excellent project management skills and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Internet start-up experience is desirable. Technical savvy, so as to be able to understand our products is required. Management skills are a plus. Also, the VP Retail Marketing must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Additional desired competencies include, the ability to learn rapidly; flexible intellect and highly flexible work-style; ability to work in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment; and a collaborative, non-political, non-bureaucratic work-style. A Bachelor’s degree is required.
